Product Prices

All prices displayed on this website are the final selling prices and include Japanese consumption tax where applicable.

The price of each artwork is clearly displayed on its respective product page.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country, region, and package size.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before your order is completed.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated and are generally the responsibility of the customer.

For made-to-order or specially commissioned artworks, the estimated production and shipping period will be stated separately on the relevant product page.

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier and destination country.

International Shipping

We ship original Japanese calligraphy artworks internationally.

Please ensure that the recipient's name, address, postal code, telephone number, and other required information are accurate when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our artworks are original, individually crafted pieces, returns or exchanges due to customer preference are generally not accepted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect choice of artwork

  • Differences in personal preference regarding color or texture

  • Minor variations resulting from handmade production

Each artwork is individually created, and natural variations in brushwork, ink texture, color, and material are considered characteristics of an original handmade artwork.

However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • The artwork arrives damaged.

  • The wrong artwork was delivered.

  • The artwork has a significant defect attributable to us.

  • The delivered artwork substantially differs from the description of the product.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe your order qualifies for a return or exchange.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the condition of the artwork and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is required due to damage during delivery, an incorrect item, or an error attributable to us, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns that are not caused by our error, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

For damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and availability of the artwork.

Because many of our artworks are unique original pieces, replacement may not always be possible.

Artwork Characteristics

Each artwork is individually handcrafted by the artist.

Because of the nature of Japanese calligraphy and mixed-media artwork, slight variations in:

  • Brushstrokes

  • Ink density

  • Texture

  • Color

  • Material

  • Surface appearance

may occur between the actual artwork and photographs displayed on the website.

These variations are not considered defects and are part of the character and authenticity of a handmade original artwork.

Customs and Import Regulations

International customers are responsible for complying with all applicable import laws and regulations in their country.

We cannot guarantee that an artwork will be exempt from customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

If an order is refused or returned because the customer fails to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or other charges, the customer may be responsible for any resulting shipping and handling costs.
